We have all the songs for the new album written and at first draft phase. The next step is to record them for real, mix, and then master. The guitarist got a new axe a few months back that can create some deliciously doomy tones, and the bassist is sounding heavier than ever, thanks to an Epiphone Goth Explorer bass. Look for improved vocals and drums this time around, too.

The album will be called "The Cathedral", and the band will change its name soon to "In Autumn Dreams". Here's the song order:

One of the fans asked for a large version of the album cover, so there is now one on the Visual page. Stop by and check it out.

In other words, we are still alive. I've been learning a lot about mixing and so far, the songs in progress sound much better than Valley of Thorns. I have the album lineup nearly done, and four songs at various stages. This will be a concept album, but a good concept album, with the songs loosely related. Tenatively, it be called "The Cathedral". Oh, and the name of the band will change. I think we will call ourselves "Autumn Dreams".

Progress on the next release is going slowly. As soon as I have a song together, I'm going to send it over to a guy I know who plays drums. So we might have some more realistic drums this time around. We'll see. In the meantime, I've decided to discontinue the CDs. If you were one of the few that got one, well, you have a piece of history in your hands.
