The Lower Sahbeer Council of Wizardry is an estimiable organization that licenses all wizards in the realm. Tests are required upon application and once yearly to maintain credentials. All wizards are required to attend monthly meetings as well as two convocations a year.

Wizardry, properly understood consists of the correct formulation of elements, and the proper words that release the energy associated with such elements. Both sorts of wisdom are required; the secret lore of formulation may find its application in potions or in magical items; the latter finds its application primarily in spells.

Zegro is a rather typical wizard -- scraggly white hair, mostly bald, beard, not overweight but not rail-thin, grumpy, dateless, and worst of all, procrastinating. As wizards go, he is certainly mature and not yet prone to memory loss.
